I work as a training and development officer specialising in Risk Management training.
Currently I working on a project for Disability Awareness and Customer Service training for customer facing and managerial staff.
I have developed a CBT package but now need to translate it into a hard copy workbook and a pull answer book for some of my clients who prefer hard copy to computer based training.
I have no idea where to start the design of this or how it should look?
Does anyone know where I can find or purchase samples in order to create my own?
Any hints tips or suggestions would be greatly welcomed!

Novel …
No, I don’t mean write a novel, of course, it’s just that this question is usually the other way round.
If you would care to contact me with more details I have many years experience in this area.

RSA clait user friendly workbook
RSA Clait have a work book for learning microsoft word, it’s very user friendly and in simple step by step format that even complete novices have found easy to use. Might be worth a look at the way they layout their exercises and how results are checked.
An example
This is a workbook for a disability & discrimination training workshop and as such might be helpful as an example.
