Dr. Michael Kelleher BSc (Hons), PhD, Dip.T.U.Studies
Mike is an internationally respected consultant to aspiring learning organisations, and has developed tools and instruments designed to support and assess learning environments. He has also facilitated workshops on schools as learning organisations sponsored by the Welsh Joint Education Committee. In conjunction with his work for Learning Futures Ltd, Mike is the General Secretary of the European Consortium for the Learning Organisations. He is a Visiting Fellow at the University of Bath, an Honorary Research Fellow at Cardiff University, a founder member, and first Chair, of the Forum for European Research into Vocational Education and Training a pan-European network of research institutions where he leads some work on `learning in learning organisations'. Michael is a former Director General of the European Lifelong Learning Initiative.
