Mike is an organisational psychologist, with a PhD in Human Learning & Motivation. Earlier this year he received a citation from ANBAR for his management articles on the topics of employability, coaching and conflict management. These articles received the highest award for originality and practical implication. He is currently writing a training package for Fenman on Emotional Intelligence. In the last year he has written and had published articles on leadership, knowledge management, and the critical skills required for IT staff. His speaking engagements have included, IPD, ACCA, CIMA, OU and the Civil Service College. Recent client experience includes, Coca-Cola, Scottish Provident, NatWest, London Stock Exchange, Pfizer, HM Customs, Lancaster University.
