Dramatic changes made to the Membership structure of IOSH

QualityZoneThe Council of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health ('IOSH') has accepted proposals to dramatically change its membership structure.

It will implement a competence-based structure aligned with the National Standards for Occupational Health and Safety Practice at Level 4, as recently revised by the Employment National Training Organisation ('ENTO').

Continuing Professional Development ('CPD') will be an ongoing requirement for the changes, which IOSH expect to be expected to be in place by 2005.
