Has anyone delivered training based on the ‘Drop the Pink Elephant’ book by Bill McFarlan?
If so, I’d really appreciate some ideas for exercises to use with trainees.

Re-phrasing
I haven’t actually trained on the book, but from what I know about it……….how about a re-phrasing exercise? You give them a list of "bad" phrases that they (in groups or individually) re-phrase following the book’s suggestions/rules.
Re-phrasing part 2
To add to the above – you can also have them make up the "bad" phrases themselves, then come up with the proper phrasing.
