We are giong to move down the road of implementing e-learning into the organisation. Having been in an organisation implementing e-learning before I am aware of all the pitfalls and what it is and isnt useful for. What i am looking for here is some information from those of you that have an LMS as to how happy you are with it and what functionality you wished it had that it doesnt? Also how happy have you been with the provider?
