e-learning Manchester, being held on 23rd and 24th April 2002 at GMEX, Manchester is the only e-learning event of its kind in the UK catering for those based in the North and has received widespread support from both local business networks, such as chambers of commerce, and the local media.
e-Learning Manchester will host a conference focused at providing working case studies of how to practically apply e-learning strategies and technologies to the business environment. Split into four learning streams (Planning, Content, Implementation and Higher Education), delegates have a variety of sessions to choose from. US Guru, Darin Hartley will deliver what promises to be a very stimulating and thought provoking opening address on day one of the conference. Darin has written a number of books on the subject of e-learning. As the representative of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), he will highlight the US experience of how e-learning
plays a role in continuous learning in organisations.
