I am currently developing an e-learning strategy for a global organisation. Thus I wish to here from people who have gained 'effective assistance' in developing a delivery process and content provision for establishing learning across digital media; including CD rom's, intranet, portals etc.
I welcome suggestions to start my search.

e learning strategy
Hi Andy
I work for MMT, an independent e learning solutions provider, to head up its consultancy service in this ever expamding area. MMT have been established for 12 years and have a large corporate client base. Our experience covers all the main distribution channels, CD Rom and learning centres, Intranet and Internet and this year we are developing and launching our own learning portal having extensively researched this developing market. On top of this my background was within e learning at Lloyds TSB, a major user of this type of delivery.
