E-Skills NTO - the body approved by the government for improving IT Skills in the UK - has launched its 12 tips for the recruitment of IT professionals. They provide some sound guidance and clear information which employers may find useful - not just for the recruitment of new staff, but for the retention of existing staff as well. The tips are available free from the E-Skills NTO website.
