Academee is a new company set up to provide on-line courses heavily supported by collaborative learning tools. We are seeking experienced business managers who are prepared to take on the role of e-Coach to students going through our Institute of Management Certificate of Supervisory Management and Certificate of Management courses.
In order to be approved by the Institute of Management our coaches/advisors need to have at least 2 and preferably 5 years experience in a range of management roles. All offers of employemnt will be subject to IM approval and coaches will be required to commit to obtaining their NVQ D32/D33 qualifications. Academee requires that its coaches be computer literate, have some experience of training and have a passion for learning and for making learning happen utilising technology.
We envisage that most coaches will be freelance trainers or business advisors/consultants with some days to spare. Location and hours are all negotiable but you should be able to travel occasionally in order to take part in training events.
