When I read the literature (including e-literature) on this interesting topic, I find several different approaches and instruments. Can anyone help me with their feedback on the usefulness of the different instruments and approaches. Does anyone out there have preferred practitioners?

Is this a REALLY significant area of genuine benefit to developing leaders or is it just an overgrown hobby!?
