Employee Development Packages

Hello,

We are currently trying to develop a suite of ‘interventions’ (not necessarily just workshops and courses), which will support the development of the employees in our call centres.

I’m really interested to find out what else is out there at the minute – in terms of different suites which companies have available, and how they package these to engage employees and grab their interest.

Any ideas would be very welcome.
