Employee Directorships


As part of our move to a new company structure we are seeking to enhance our decision taking by having an Employee Director on our Board. The Employee Director will be unpaid (for the Director Role), we do not have share holding, and although non-executive will be expected to participate in discussion of all aspects of the Company's business. We need advice on any legal aspects of such a move and would welcome any input from person's who have already proceeded down this road.
