We have put a lot of time and effort into turning our intranet site into a valuable learning resource centre as we are currently restricted with travel due to the economic climate and want to still engage with our learners and provide a good service. I would be interested to hear how you attract learners to your site and if you have embraced innovative technology to maximise appeal and any suggestions for building a site that people want to visit.

Think tanks and super user forums
Have you thought about idenifying super users for to market your site on your behalf. You can also have think tank sessions with these people via conference call so that they feel involved and take ownership of what you are trying to achieve without increasing costs to your business.
Product Champions
Hi
Having a network of product champions who will evangelise for you is very powerful. Especially if those people are recognised influencers of organisational culture. Do I need to say that these are not necessarily the managers?
