    What have you found on Google already Laura so that we can avoid duplicating?

    What is the context? And are they senior folk, advertising exucitives or accountants, for example? (I tend to favour tailored activities rather than ones just thrown in to liven things up)
    And why 15-20 mins? – sounds a bit long for just an energiser.
    And, as Garry says, what have you already found/considered (and why have you rejected it)?
