Equal Opportunities Training Criteria

I have been asked to create EO criteria for all training courses (internal & external providers) provided by a public sector organisation & from these to create self-assessment criteria against which trainers can evaluate their courses. These will cover content, materials & delivery – and include Race, Gender, Disability, Sexuality, Age. Has anyone been involved in a similar project – or know of any resources, papers etc they could point me towards?

    I was National Head of TRaining for the Equal Opportunities Commission(1984-99)before taking voluntary redundancy.I am now an EO trainer freelance.
    Are you looking to equality proof access arrangements and subsequent content?
