I have been asked to create EO criteria for all training courses (internal & external providers) provided by a public sector organisation & from these to create self-assessment criteria against which trainers can evaluate their courses. These will cover content, materials & delivery - and include Race, Gender, Disability, Sexuality, Age. Has anyone been involved in a similar project - or know of any resources, papers etc they could point me towards?
