Estimated five million to avoid commute on work from home day

default-16x9

Thursday, May 15, will see an estimated five million people avoid their daily commute, unclogging the motorways, as National Work from Home Day returns for a third year.

Organised by Work Wise UK, a national not-for-profit initiative to promote “smarter” working practices, the event aims to illustrate the viability of home-working, as well as encouraging employers to consider other working methods such as flex-time, remote and mobile working.

A number of other events to coincide with National Work from Home Day are also being planned – more information is available from www.workwiseuk.org.
