The European Mentoring and Coaching Council is set to hold its 12th annual conference in Zurich this autumn.
This three-day event will include workshops on topics such as team coaching, talent coaching and e-mentoring, blame and envy in the boardroom, evaluation of developmental mentoring and leaders as coaches.
There will also be opportunities to see how major organisations such as the BBC, Tesco, UBS, Unilever, HBOS and Lloyds TSB are using coaching and mentoring.
This year's speakers include David Megginson, who is also organising the conference, and David Clutterbuck and Peter Hawkins.
Megginson said: "This conference serves the growing profession of coaching and mentoring; and, importantly, it also serves the wider mentoring and coaching community. The synergy at our conferences is always extraordinary - with professional coaches and mentors, corporate scheme organisers, voluntary sector, public service and academic researchers all mixing together and sharing their insights and enthusiasms."
The event takes place at the UBS Conference Centre in Zurich over three days from November 30 to December 2 2005.
