  1. ECHR
    Hi Craig
Within the wider context of equality training-from an employment or customer care perspective- I use various approaches, some of which you may already operate, viz

a- YOU THE JURY EXERCISES-based on ECHR cases
b-Equality proofing an imaginary organisations, scenario or systems and procedures from a ECHR perspective.Planning an event or situation which does not fall foul of the various articles can be very productive
c-DEBATE -VEry topical just now with Labour saying they are minded to create a one stop shop HR Commission amalgamating existing equality agencies,COnservatives currently indicating intention to rein in HR ACt because of their “where there’s blame a claim culture” perspective
    d-INternational comparisons
e-Predicting the future impact with use of local or regional demographics from 2001 Census, demo time bomb etc etc

    It need not be dreary!

    Good luck
