I am currently trying to find/desgin an effective evaluation method that we can use to evaluate the whole training process which follows different timescales as people are trained on different skill areas as and when they are capable for more. We want to include the recruitment process, the induction programme, the budying/skill boosting, upskilling and any adhoc courses. Does any one have an proven methods that are simple and preferably IT based?
