I have been asked to design an Evaluation Questionniare to evaluate staff's attendance on Vocational Courses. My Manager has asked me to include questions that also probe how they are progressing on the course and check for any assignments and results from it. I have almost completed it but wondered if anyone had any suggestions around questions for probing progress and assignment results?
