Does anyone have examples or templates for evaluation sheets to be used to summarise information captured from monitoring sheets.
It seems like a simple task, but I'm unsure how to quantify and represent information such as, does the agent up/cross sell and how often, sales methods used, customer service etc.
I can provide a copy of the monitoring sheet used if this helps.

Are you talking about Field Sales teams or sales teams working on phones in a call centre?
