Inspired by last week's blog from my friend Jasleen and your continued comments, I want to show YOU that excellence is achievable for all of us.

Type excellence into Wikipedia and this is what you get;

Excellence is the state or quality of excelling. Particularly in the field of business and organisations, excellence is considered to be an important value, and a goal to be pursued.

Excellence isn’t something that’s reserved for sporting heroes like David Beckham, Jonny Wilkinson or Kelly Holmes.

Excellence isn’t something that’s only apparent in the lives of great business people like Bill Gates,  Richard Branson or Simon Cowell.

Excellence isn’t something that’s exclusive to entertainers in the form of Cheryl Cole, Take That or Michael Buble

Excellence begins and ends with…YOU

Each of the people listed above has been on a journey to get to the point where they are right now. They haven’t just achieved excellence through turning up each day.

The same must be said of each of YOU.

You see, often what’s holding YOU back and stopping YOU achieving excellence is…YOU and YOUR belief

Beliefs are things we each believe to be true or false. The great thing about that is that we can change what we believe at any point! Give it a go.

YOUR beliefs will either ‘empower’ or ‘limit’ YOUR thinking. Ask yourself; what’s holding you back at the moment? What’s giving you the freedom to choose right now?
