Executive Coach – East Midlands

default-16x9

Hi I am looking for someone to help develop our senior management team's development.

I need an experienced coach with good retail knowledge/background who has experience of coaching at board level.

There are 20 people in the team, and I anticipate each will need 4x half day sessions over the next 12 months. We're based in Leicestershire, near the M1

Thanks Anthony

    Hi Anthony,

    Saw your posting.

We have providing Executive Coaching to a variety of Retail groups. Between myself and my colleagues we have coached the CEOs and Executive Teams of companies such as Ideal Shopping Direct, John Lewis, Avon, and M&S to name a few.

We are based in the East Midlands. Can tailor the service to meet your needs (360 profiling/surveys to identify development needs, reports produced, tangible actions plans and support materials and more, if required).

All Coaches are experienced and have operated at Senior Level.

Drop me a line – we may be able to help you.

    Regards

    Hello Anthony,

I may be able to help you on this.

I am an experienced business coach with a CIPD qualification in coaching & mentoring.I have regularly coached senior managers within retail with clients such as Boots,Coors Brewers and DHL logistics.

All coaching work is undertaken and evaluated directly by me in conjunction with the client.

I am based in Grantham and would be delighted to talk further on this to see if there is common ground between what you’re looking for and what I can offer.

    Kind regards

    Hi Anthony
Having coached many CEO’s and other board members I would urge some caution with your project:
    1) never have one coach, coaching more than one senior person in a company at a time
    2) provide the facility for each board members to ‘interview’ and select their own coach
    3) ensure that this activity is optional
    4) evaluate only in terms of business performance results

‘doing’ coaching like this is one thing – actually measuring the results is quite another. 360’s and the like are ok for identifying the need but the proof in the pudding must be business results – staff turnover, profit etc. Identify hard measures for each director or board members BEFORE your first session for each of them. Each person will have different needs and the measures will need to be different.
    Good luck with this project

ps – your need for “retail experience” is a bit of a red herring – a good coach does not need to know the ‘environment’ – certainly I cannot drive racing cars at world class level – nor (for those that know me) am I competent at sprint hurdles at Olympic level – but I was still the right coach for the job!

    Hi Anthony,

I suspect you may have already sourced an Executive Coach for your senior management team; if not, I would like to put forward our business.

We are two very experienced executive coaches with a wide range of industry experience including: Retail, Legal, Automotive, Manufacturing, Construction, Insurance and Finance. Primarily we work with CEO’s, MD’s, Partners and Senior Management, although we have had assignments where we have also coached more junior members of staff. We also have a team of Associates that we use when working on larger assignments.

We like to think that we are able to provide a complete service to our clients, because in addition to coaching, we can assess development needs through our Psychometric Testing Tools and also support learning through a comprehensive series of Training workshops that we deliver, including Coach Training for Leaders and Managers.
