Looking for exercise(s) that will enable people (Leaders) to show themselves more; thereby reinforcing the effectiveness of both revealing themselves more and getting feedback, while using the backdrop of the Johari window as a tool to present the concept.
Many thanks.

Exercises
Hi Jarlath
I think exercises are just done for the sake of an exercise sometimes. If I was doing a session on Johari Window I would probably use a self assessment tool / questionnaire…
Additional info here..good luck.

Hi Jarlath
We find that using the Johari window in conjunction the Herrmann Whole Brain Dominance Instrument is a very powerful way to work with teams and individuals and have used it very succesfully with several professional firms with emerging leadership teams
Johari Window exercises
Hi Jarlath,
Chartwell Learning & Development have 4 self-assement and feedback Learning Instruments based on the Johari Window. The Personnel Relations Survey enables leaders to assess their interpersonal style with their team, colleagues and superiors in Johari Window terms.
The Management Relations Survey is a feedback questionnaire enabling direct reports to assess their leader in Exposure and Feedback terms. It also enables them to profile their own communication style with their leader.
The Team effectiveness Survey is a group exercise in which each member assesses their own and their colleagues interpersonal, Johari style. It is good for giving immediate, non-threatening feedback within a group environment.

Hope this helps,
