We have recently developed, or are developing, a range of in-house training courses for our Plc of 750 persons in 35 sites across the UK and N.I. We also have companies in France, Holland, Ireland, Germany and Poland.
I do not wish to follow the NVQ route. I would, however, be interested in sourcing an external training organisation to validate & accredit our in-house training and issue joint certificates of achievement for staff who successfully complete our courses.
It may be that this accreditation could carry points for individuals to attain an NVQ later, but this is not the main driver.
Appropriately qualified training providers, whose accreditation would mean something to other FTSE 100 companies, are invited to contact me to discuss this further.

getting accreditation
try contacting your local college – we did and it worked wonders! Staff here can work towards NEBSM of CMS or just do one off courses which are needed. If no luck locally contact Mary Quinn-Halliday on 01462 424242 – North Hertfordshire College. They will talk to employers all over the UK and work with them. Good luck.
Arian Associates Ltd
Try NEBS Management and City & Guilds
They are both located at:-
1 Giltspur Street London EC1A 9DD
Tel 020 7294 2470
If they can’t help you then no one can.
If you need any help in geeting started with accreditation email us and we will be happy to help; arianassociates@lineone.net
Try OCR
Most awarding bodies will offer certification on in-house courses if they feel the contents are good enough, which gives accreditation to offer your own certificates endorsed by them.
OCR are particularly helpful, you can contact them on 02476 470033
