activity based or classroom, for middle managers in IT development.
ii) Java, .Net etc.. :
elearning or classroom for Senior Developers.

Have you thought about your reqs?
Do you want just a course that offers training in a day or so or an actual learning event that offers pre-work, course work and vitally post assessment work ensuring that the transfer of learning has taken place? Many provide the first option less the 2nd
