I have a new employee, trainee training consultant, who needs some facilitation skills training. Has anyone got any recomended suppliers? He is bright but inexperienced in the corporate world.

Use Elements
I can recommend using a company called Elements. We used them at Mitsubishi some years ago and they were excellent. Out trainers raved about the training.
