Family Learning Weekend, a national event now in its third year, is organised annually by the Campaign for Learning to raise awareness of the important role that the family plays in learning and to encourage families and their friends to learn together. This year the Weekend is sponsored by Discovery Networks Europe, is taking place from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th October and builds on the fact that the home is the most popular location for learning.
