I am undertaking a piece of work for a client developing a team development curriculum for internal development folk to use. The aim is that they will have a tool that enables them to focus their internal clients on maximising the effectiveness of any team building event. As well as developing a complete toolkit for internal facilitators to use there will also be design ideas for team interventions. Right now we are in the process of sourcing external providers that the curriculum would recommend.
To do this we are conducting a global survey of the world's biggest organisations to establish who they use when it comes to doing team development.
