Have you ever dreamt of being a radio presenter? Ever wanted to read the news? What about being a traffic and travel presenter?

Maverick Training's John MacCarfrae has taken the skills he has acquired in the entertainment industry to design an exciting and innovative teambuilding training simulation for workplace teams.

The Maverick FM Teamwork Challenge involves workplace teams having to plan, produce and host their own hour-long radio show production. Team members have access to actual CD players, microphones, mixing desks and recording facilities to help them meet the challenge.

Adverts,jingles,playlists and team roles and responsibilities all have to be finalised in order to meet the challenge. Team members each a receive a copy of their finished show production on compact disc to take away with them.

As a result of attending the two-day workshop, team members understand themselves and others better which helps to achieve better results and increase personal performance back in the workplace.
