default-16x9

Highfield Publications, the leading independent supplier of quality food hygiene training aids in the UK, has developed a new computer based food safety training system that could save the Food Industry millions of pounds a year. Food Safety 2000, developed in partnership with Creative Marketing Media, has been commended by the Royal Institute of Public Health and Hygiene (RIPHH) as having "outstanding quality and merit as a self-study training package for the Royal Institute's First Certificate in Food Safety".

The training can be delivered on CD-ROM, a corporate Intranet or on the Worldwide Web and costs from just £3 per person. It consists of 15 self-contained training modules, all presented in impressive multimedia including video, narration and animation. The training can be spread over any number of days to suit the learner and the business and leads to the presentation of a certificate featuring the RIPHH logo.
