"Why?" ask the founders. Their answer: "Frankly, we were getting frustrated with the number of HR sites that require lengthy registration and membership fees.

"We envisioned a no-fee, no commitment site that would encourage the exchange of ideas, stimulate discussion and provide one-stop shopping for all the needs of HR professionals. This is a site to call your own -- a launch-point for HR professionals to jump start the day; and return to for the latest news, weather and stock information. And maybe even kick off a discussion group or two. Based on the feedback we've been getting, we think we're on the right track.
