Those lovely people at the National Advisory Council for Education and Training Targets have a thousand videos which they're offering to TrainingZONE members for free!
The video, entitled 'Learning Pays', explains how "learning pays for individuals both in terms of job security and lifetime earnings. It includes real learners talking about their learning experiences and the benefits they have gained as a result."
What's even better is that all you need to do to get one is to contact them by e-mail or fax (0114 259 7580), and they'll pop the video straight in the post.
NACETT, who are sponsored by the Department for Education and Employment, is the Government's principal advisory body on education and training targets, including the Learning Targets. Although the incoming Learning and Skills Council will be taking over some of NACETT's work when it comes into operation in April next year, the Council will continue to assist the government on issues of lifelong learning and help to promote workforce development within SMEs.
