To help companies survive the current tough trading climate, training company IT Governance is offering a series of free webinars this summer.

The webinars will focus on core IT security, compliance, business continuity, leadership skills and Green IT topics.
Delegates will be able to claim one IT Governance CPE (Continuing Professional Education) credit for each session.

All the Summer 2009 IT Governance Special Webinars are held over Voice Over IP (VOIP), and not by dial in teleconference, so attendees will require speakers or headphones to participate. Full copies of all presentation materials will be available to attendees for download after each event.

Alan Calder, chief executive of IT Governance, said: “These webinars are designed to keep such managers bang up to date on the core IT security topics affecting their business, so that, as leaders, they can have all the relevant information to meet their compliance and business objectives and fulfil all their IT governance obligations.”

The Summer 2009 IT Governance Special Webinars include:

  • 23 July 4-5pm: Mastering ISO27001
  •  30 July 4-5pm: Data Protection Act
  •  6 August 4-5pm: IT Governance
  •  13 August 4-5pm: Leadership in a Difficult Climate
  • 20 August 4-5pm: Best Practice Business Continuity Management
  •  27 August 4-5pm:
