Stuck for inspiration? The learningmatters area of the TrainingZONE Toolkit has a wide range of support materials designed to run as complete training sessions for groups of two or more delegates. The Virtual Learning Centre offers a selection of bite-sized, self-contained chunks of learning for trainers, managers and team leaders designed in an A4 format. Topics range from 'Analysis and Evaluation' through 'Project Management' to 'Writing Skills' - there are 600 different packages in total. A range of 30 icebreaker activities can offer something a bit different, with 'Presenting using the Alexander Technique' and 'How to Work and Have Fun' among the topics available. Prices range from £5 to £15 for the trainer materials, and all activities have been timed, so it's easy to slot them into a timetable.

Now learningmatters have joined forces with well-known video training provider Video Arts to offer a range of materials available for purchase which combine written trainer materials with bite-size video clips. New to the current range of more than 60 customer service activities are a selection of 20 materials with the new video additions. Titles include 'Control the Telephone Conversation', 'Give Service to Eachother' and 'The Four Basic Needs', all of which are available for £15.

To celebrate the launch of these new TrainingZONE and learningmatters bring you a special deal: Buy one of the training activities from the Video Arts section of learningmatters in the TrainingZONE Toolkit and learningmatters will send you a copy of the Video Arts compilation video (over 60 minutes long) completely free of charge.

To access the learningmatters range of training materials, simply go to www.trainingzone.co.uk/toolkit/learningmatters/ and click on 'Video Arts'.
