I am interested to know if anyone has any suggestions for how I can utilise my adult guidance skills in a freelance capacity? I have worked in education/training for over 15 years and have a degree in education/training specialising in guidance in addition to psychometric certification etc. I am very keen to develop my own consultancy offering personal development training and guidance. All advice gratefully received!
