Dear Patrick,
It might be useful for us to have your information on file. At Results Through Training we are currently providing an extensive customer care programme to a French owned company and the French HQ are interested in possibly running the same programme in France. We may also be developing a modular management training programme for a large company, for both French & UK based managers!
