This video explores the process by which we can move from Performance Gap Analysis through to Training or Learning Needs Analysis. The process is presented using a simple flow chart diagram and shows the sequence from initially receiving a request for training through to the point at which you would commit to undertaking a much fuller training or learning needs analysis.
