John Matchett Limited is an independent Banbury-based training provider working at the top end of the market. We currently employ 10 full time trainers, and are looking for more to help us to cope with rapid growth rates. We run 50 regular public programmes in Management and Leadership Skills, Communication, Personal Development, Project Management and Training Skills fields. However, 80% of what we do is tailored to clients.

We are extremely fussy about who we take on - last year we interviewed more than 100 people and took on 4 - because our trainers are the product, and we stand or fall by their quality.

We are looking for people who are able to sell themselves in to clients as well as to deliver the training. Personal qualities are as important as training experience, although clearly a proven track record in training is an asset.
