Have you used short video clips in your sales training? Can you recommend any sketches that would suit sales training?
I've already found the Two Ronnies 'fork handles' sketch and the dead parrot one from Monty Python. I thought Only Fools & Horses would have some for sure but it's like looking for a needle in a haystack! Any particular favourites would be welcomed.
The workshop will look at strategic selling, understanding the buying process, negotiation & strategic partnerships.

in the film "Jingle all the way" there are some interesting clips of Arnie as a salesman telling each customer, "Normally I couldn’t do this but as you are my best customer….."
How about Dirty Harry: features and benefits of the Colt .44 Magnum? Feature; it is the most powerful handgun in the world. Benefit; at this range it’ll blow your head clean off.
Dam Busters; Barnes Wallis’s negotiation to get the Air Ministry to give him a Wellington Bomber….Tell them I designed it!
Mary Poppins; selling the idea of tidying up to children…."with every job that’s to be done there is an element of fun"…or a "spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down"
Any cop show with a good cop/ bad cop discussion for strategic partnerships
Rus (I really ought to get out more!)
