IL training for conventional desktop applications is diminishing and younger generations approach computer software differently. I for one cannot see a long term future for anywhere the number of people that are in the profession today.
Most young people will hit their social network or youtube for a solution first!
Syetems trainers for large scale rollouts will of course remain in demand, as change programmes do need the human touch, at least for the forseeable furure.
