Future of instructor-led training

I was wondering if anyone had any comments about the future of instructor led training with particular reference to the ICT desktop training market?

    IL training for conventional desktop applications is diminishing and younger generations approach computer software differently. I for one cannot see a long term future for anywhere the number of people that are in the profession today.

    Most young people will hit their social network or youtube for a solution first!

    Syetems trainers for large scale rollouts will of course remain in demand, as change programmes do need the human touch, at least for the forseeable furure.
