In the past, I have attended Management or Leadership events which featured games, nomally against the clock, which involve a team building or accomplishing a task with limits imposed through a set of rules.
Normally, there is some sort of constraint imposed on what each member of the team can do, ie: the "manager" can only watch from afar, the "builders" can only lay parts in a certain order, not everyone has all the information etc.
I'm sure you all know the type of exercise I'm talking about, and I just wondered if anyone has any that they would be prepared to share with me? I know there are lots of external companies who run this sort of thing, but I need some resources that I can use without incurring cost.

Site has a wealth of supportive ‘free’ resources. The team building link is under popular sections of the home page.
Also banks of ice breaker activities and team building ideas can be found within series of books one of which is entitled Games Trainers Play (McGraw-Hill Training) ISBN-10: 0070464081. Books are somewhat dated (1991)and cost around £25 but may give you some pointers.
