Geoff is an experienced, people centred, leader/manager and scientist with a challenging and robust approach to inspiring and managing change. A coach and facilitator who specialises in development of collaborative approaches to difficult challenges. He coaches individuals, teams and whole organizations to recognise and deliver their outstanding potentials, believing passionately in the ability of everyone to exceed their own expectations of themselves.


Geoff has wide experience in analysis and resolution of change management issues, originally borne of working at a senior level in Yorkshire Water during which time he created and led that company’s internal change management team. He has experience of analysis and design of change management programmes and has created a wide variety of conferences, workshops and seminars and other programmes designed to develop and implement collaborative solutions to challenging issues. Through his work on environmental and community issues he has developed an understanding of the different challenges facing the public, voluntary and private sectors and adapts his approach to meet the specific needs of each sector. His work has included extensive exploration of stakeholder issues in business and bringing together of those stakeholders for innovative solutions to business challenges.
