Use a ‘real play’ principle
Hi Philip,
I'd design it on a 'real play' (not 'role play') principal – Maybe giving them a 6 – 8 month team fundraising target to deliver on, which would in enable each graduate to experience all aspects of the fundraising journey. Then meet with them every couple of weeks to facilitate/ draw out their real time learning linked to what makes a great fundraiser.
