Guidelines for Designing Development Plan

Hi there,

I’ve just got this assignment which is new to me and would like to seek for your sharing. My boss asked me to think of some guidelines for our high potential managers to write up their development plan. I guess this relates to talent management and we believe such development should be owned by the managers and supported by the senior management.

If any parties interested, I’d share with you once we’ve finalized our set of guidelines.
