Details : Gwen established her own Sevenoaks based bespoke training consultancy, Invisible Communications in 1993. Offering a range of training programmes to develop leadership competencies, management strategies, interpersonal and Intrapersonal communication skills and team development.
She is passionate about helping people develop their capabilities both in and out of the workplace and has been involved in business coaching, counselling, personal development and management training for over 15 years.
Adopting a person centred approach helps expand people potential and prosperity by working with clients to establish flexible and credible learning systems as well as offering 1 to 1 and team development business coaching services.
Gwen has a consuming interest which relates to how Beliefs impact on Performance and has just launched an innovative training course called Inspiring Yourself which is available as either an in-house or open programme.
A member of the IPD, ASTD and ANLP she is also a sessional lecturer for the University of Greenwich, Business School Faculty.
A committed lifelong learner, her qualifications include Master NLP Practitioner, Adult Education Lecturer, Counsellor, Registered General Nurse and Post Traumatic Stress Expert. She is currently studying to gain an MSC in Strategic Training and Development and for fun is learning to play the saxophone.
