‘Hands On Training’ attracts enthusiastic audience

default-16x9

The Hands On Training (H.O.T.) Conference is on course to be an outright winner with training professionals. Delegates from France, Malaysia and Australia as well as from throughout the UK are attending. In the weeks since Easter, booking have lifted off as people recognise the need to stay ahead in the fast changing world of training, and seek a conveninent and stimulating way of gaining new ideas. We asked a sample of people what attracted them:

"It's the opportunity to catch up on all the latest training techniques in one easy go."

"I need to get up-to-speed on e-learning, as it's now part of my role."

"It'll be a great opportunity to be re-energised by other trainers."

"It's one event which seems to be focused on actual practice, rather than academic discussion."

"I wanted to give myself the opportunity to stand back and look at new ideas in training and learning."

If this sounds like you, check out the 28 sessions and 46 leaders covering, amongst much else: e-learning, learning skills, return-on-investment, roleplay, innovation, learning methods, training policy, story telling, case studies, distance learning, health and safety, effective trainers, coaching, employee learning, and more ...
