CALL FOR PAPERS
The Hands on Training (HOT) Conference 2001, brought to you by Training Solutions and TrainingZONE, runs on 26-28 June 2001 at the NEC Birmingham and will bring together over 500 senior training professionals from many of the UK’s leading organisations.
The core objective of the Conference is for delegates to feel their attendance has been a worthwhile experience. This will be achieved by them gaining not only new information and ideas, but also going away equipped with the practical knowledge on how to apply this at work.
The three day event will comprise morning presentation sessions with some of the leading training and management gurus in the industry and well-known personalities, combined with afternoon practical interactive workshops where delegates can learn how this knowledge is applied in practice.
Each day will have a different theme focusing in particular on
- e-learning,
- government initiatives and the impact they are having,
- innovation.
You are invited to submit a proposal to present your best-practice work in these areas, case study material, or new and innovative approaches with an emphasis on practical application. Delegates are interested in hearing how organisations have benefited from these methods, so it is ideal if your clients are happy to jointly present case study material giving an insight from the user’s perspective. We must emphasise that although this is a tremendous opportunity for you to present to a highly targeted audience of training professionals, your proposal must not take the form of an overt sales pitch.
If you would like to be considered for an afternoon presentation please submit a short proposal by Friday 24 November 2000. Send your proposal by email or email attachment to Vee Scott vee@leadinglightmarketing.com. The Conference board will select the best from those submitted for consideration and will notify you as soon as possible, after the closing date, as to whether or not you have been successful.
Advance booking information for delegates is also available.
