We are currently using Office XP as "thin clients" for our office-based employees and many of our out-workers. I have been evaluating Office 2003 with regard to whether or not it should be rolled out as a "thin client" upgrade. Our supplier has no experience of this configuration and I wondered if anyone else had successfully rolled this out as "thin clients"?

My preliminary report recommended that this be deferred and my line manager suggested that I look into the next releases from MS i.e., Vista (aka Longhorn) and now Office 12 to substantiate my recommendation.
